Very friendly. A little shy for the typical salesman but a nice guy. Gave us a great deal! This was the 3rd store we went to. They beat the competition s price and threw in free delivery.

We dealt with Dave. It was a wonderful experience, no pressure, honest information. An easy and relaxing. If felt confident in my purchase. Dave is a great customer service agent.

Recently moved and headed here for memorial day sale. The lady who helped us was very nice and courteous. Went woth an 1200 mattress for 700. She helped shave off a little money sonwe could get it delivered free and next day. Chill place, good reps.

I cancelled my purchase of nectar mattress from this store because when I called in the middle of the day on the scheduled date of delivery, and heard from the person at the store that my mattress was ordered and have not yet arrived, I was frustrated and couldn't believe that the salesperson who sold me the mattress did not have the courtesy to call me to tell that it will not be delivered on the date promised. Since there was no call, I assumed that the scheduled delivery date was okay, therefore my husband and I cleared and removed the old bed and gave it away as there is no other place to store it in our house. Had he called and told me that the mattress have not arrived yet, that day, I probably would have taken into consideration of him being honest and giving me the heads up so we would have not taken the old mattress away. I, therefore went in the store and asked for refund and the salesperson, (his name is Roger) wrote up the refund slip and he said that it will be submitted to their Accounting office to reverse the total amount of purchase and credit back my debit card. I went and bought my mattress at bed number store instead that day. However, today 5/31/2020, a truck from Best Mattress came and the driver was trying to deliver the mattress. Well, there are no other words to say about this situation except that, "there is no coordination between management and employees in this store". No one informed the delivery people of the cancelation? Oh my goodness, what a waste of man hours and driving expenses.
