First off I never do this!!! But in this case this review is well deserved! I called the Bakery about 10 am for a 50th birthday cake and spoke with Gwen, thinking she would just grab a cake from the display and slap a good ol' Happy 50th Birthday, due to the fact that I just told her I needed it around 5 pm the same day. GWEN went above and beyond what I asked for, she made me a fresh cake and did a tie dye cake, I also told her she could have fun with it, and boy did she. Gwen even called me before she was finished to ask for a suggestion on one of the sides of the cake. Gwen dropped everything to make my sisters cake AMAZING!!! Thank you so much Gwen, in these times it's nice to know that there is still kind people that are willing to help when someone (ME) waits till the last minute to order. 5 GOLD STARS FOR YOU GWEN!!!
Terrible. Ordered a wedding cake from them, they took my order, I ordered a grey and white cake. When I arrived to pick it up it was not grey but it was purple, lavender purple. When I talked to the bakery ladies, they were rude and no help. They said that’s just how the color comes out, yet I wasn’t told that when ordering and paying for the cake before hand. They refused to fix it or even offer some of my money back. By far the worst customer service. I didn’t even want to leave a star but you have too.
