I absolutely love how big the showroom in this store is. They have many sets laid out with a nice amount of space between each to get a nice look. Everything was very clean, they had staff at the entrance checking temperature prior to you entering the show floor, and they had staff cleaning while I was there. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy! I highly recommend her if you happen to go to the store. She was informative about all the options bobs has for financing, told me all about the mattresses they had and I loved that she didn’t push any other items on me. I went in looking for a sofa and walked out with 3 movie seats! I was interested in a mattress but decided on just the seats and loved that she didn’t make me feel a type of way about it! She and all the other staff we very professional and I highly recommend visiting the location!

Temperature checks at the door and sanitation stations throughout the store made me feel very well taken care of. The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and just overall great. Ask for Shawn when you go!! He helped me and he is amazing! I was shopping for my first apartment and there was no ageist prejudice. I was well invited by all staff member and Shawn answered the million of questions I had with complete transparency. Very funny and friendly guy! AND the prices were extremely reasonable for very nice furniture. I really enjoyed my experience!

Elissa is a great Sales Associate. We informed her want we wanted and details. She showed us only what would be of interest and no high pressure. While figuring which love seat and Recliners we wanted, Elissa set several feet away and allow us to make a final decision. Elissa made it clean that we could come back if we needed more time. We purchased a very nice love seat and two Recliners at a good price. I don't think you would go wrong with Elissa and Bob's Discount Furniture. Will return for future purchases.

they seem to have fair price on furniture, although they didn't have what I wanted. very limited in their stock, employees are friendly, just don't seem to carry a lot of quality merchandise.

I loved it! Mark helped my boyfriend and I buy our first bedroom set he was so thorough explaining the goof proof protection plan and delivery process! Would definitely recommend this place!
