Very impressed with their personal service. Friendly and reasonably priced. No complaints. I would recommend using them.
I cannot speak to the majority of their services, but we had a very bad experience while picking up our UHaul rental from this location. Unfortunately, the UHaul on 13th Avenue, Fargo, ND did not give us any other option than to pick up our rental van nearly an hour away in Wahpeton. Here are a few notes on their service: (1) the front desk manager at Colonial Rental did not know how to operate the UHaul system and it took nearly an hour to complete the pick up, (2) they overcharged me on the first invoice, and (3) they did not provide clean moving supplies/blankets. If you can switch your pick up location, try to do so.
A great place to rent a tool or porta-John. Been doing business with them for years.
My experience with this place was very bad. They were not helpfull or friendly at all. Owner was not very nice. I am very surprised this place is still a business. I feel really bad for anyone who goes here or has to deal with this place at all. When I walked in the door the spicy ginger at the front desk was very negative and rood to me. I will never recommend this place to anyone even the people I hate the most!!
I had a terrible experience with these people. They sold me a vehicle that had nothing but issues. They claimed it was in perfect condition and that work had been done on it when I had to pay for thousands in repairs on work they claimed had been done already. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest and will take you to the cleaners.
