This was the most unusual shopping experience I ever had. I walked through the doors the manager greeted me asked me what I was looking for I told him, and he said try this bed. Amazingly it was the most comfortable bed I was ever in. Being an internal comparison shopping I insisted on sleeping in every other bed in the store, only to realize that the initial bed that I was shown was the best one for me. Amazingly it was not even close to the most expensive bed. After realizing how good the manager was picking beds, I did something I never do which is purchase the bed immediately! What a wonderful shopping experience with great and knowledgeable staff !! I highly recommend shopping at mattress firm when you need a new bed.

Went to this store to get information on adjustable beds. Christopher gave us so much useful information. We were able to try different mattresses with different adjustable bases. I asked so many questions and he was able to answer each one. He also listened to what issues we were trying to address by looking into adjustable beds. He took the time to make sure we were satisfied with his responses. In the end we purchased a bed from this store. What a wonderful experience it is when a business listens to its customers. Thank you!!!

My wife and I went to the Mattress Firm store to find a mattress for my son. Chris immediately greeted us and made us feel welcome to the store. He gave us the absolute best deal in town, very knowledgeable and professional. We got such a great deal my wife and I were able to get a Mattress for ourselves. He definitely crunched he numbers to make this happen.

Chris’s professionalism, friendliest and thoroughness exceeded all other similar vendors we visited. Chris took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various manufacturers and the models made by those manufacturers. It was the customer service provided by Chris that resulted in us purchasing our first adjustable bed. Oh yeah, must admit the extremely competitive price we paid contributed to our decision. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bed or just replace their current mattress to consult Chris before spending your money elsewhere.

My review is about the store and the excellent time, my fiance and I, had in the store. We had done our research about the bed we wanted and knew the product were wanted. Chris Plant was a great person to deal with. He had a great energy and presence as soon as you walk in the door. We got to talking and he is very knowledgeable about all the product, so much so, that we went with a different model. Once we were able to see, feel, and appreciate the difference in quality. We are very excited to be able to test out the different brand for the trial period and fall asleep in the new bed. Chris is a perfect consultant to help you find what you need. Thank you, Chris.
