Salesman was knowledgeable about options that I requested. I was pleased but then ... he told me they would notify of the delivery time however they sent the text to my secondary phone instead of to my phone. the text said to schedule on their website however I don’t see a way to do that. The phone number they sent is busy all the time. the local number doesn’t answer the phone period. so I only give 1 star for customer service
Black Friday sales were TERRIFIC!
Purchased 2 navy blue ottomans which are high quality pieces and a perfect compliment to our master bedroom suite!!!

Wow! What a great place! Micheala was amazing! She gave us all the info, left us alone to sit in all the chairs and make up our minds and then rang us up very efficiently. She’s super friendly and knowledgeable and really helped us make our minds up. We haven’t gotten our chair yet but I’m sure it will be great, it’s a good company that stands behind all their products!
First, Lazyboy has the best recliner/rockers - made in the USA!
The sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure sales and allowed me to sit into any recliner I wanted without watching over me. Bought what I wanted. No more recliner that doesn’t recline until the foot rest is fully extended.
When we went to shop at La-Z-Boy Henderson the associate that helped us was Michaela. Michaela was personable, fun, knowledgeable and very patient. She really helped us figure out what type of furniture we would be happy with long term and spent time with us figuring out what fabric would suit our style and needs best. We like how customizable the selection is at La-Z-boy and are looking forward to getting our furniture.
