My shopping experience was met with absolute kindness. The staff knows their furniture and the market well. I recommend shopping here for all your furniture needs. The owner is nice and will make you a fair deal. If you don't like what they offer in store check with their assist Toni. She will research items for you within their catalog.
SOFA FACTORY should have 10 stars. Friendly staff, outstanding customer service and superior craftmanship of the product. My sofa set is beautiful such attention to details found in high end quality. Google reviews show a good rating but Yelp does not. I asked the manager about it; and he explained it to me what most customers would not know..I will post this on Yelp as well. Oh and it is AMERICAN MADE (California) I had it in a few weeks.
I’m not one that enjoys shopping but LV Sofa Factory made it so easy. Their knowledge and level of customer service without pressure was such a pleasure. After shopping the big chains and not finding affordable furniture I could live with, I was thrilled to find them. Love my living room and kitchen and looking forward to furnishing the master bedroom next.
After visiting all the major stores in the Valley, we walked in to a little store in the corner of a small shopping center and we purchased same day. We customized our new addition to our family. This was important to us because family time is spent in our living room on our couch and we believe we found the right one!! Thanks to the staff for all they do, did, done!!
We looked at a sofa and loveseat,
in our budget, and Scott was happy to show us everything that we were looking for, he found us exactly what we were looking for, and worked with us and the manager, to get us a great deal! We love the furniture and will definitely come back anytime we need to furnish our other rooms. Great job guys!
