I missed my delivery last week as it needed to be signed for. Funny.. I didn’t sign for the first delivery but new driver I guess. So I called for it to be delivered yesterday to location in town. It never showed up there either. Now I have some coming today I will have to wait to see if he comes around.nI bet money it won’t show, won’t get notified, and who knows what will happen.nFedEx ground out of Dodge City is irresponsible!!

I waited all day with my door open and the driver never showed. Driver said that he tried to deliver but never left a door tag to prove he was here.ncustomer service was completely worthless and basically said that if the driver doesn't do his job, it's up to me to figure out another way of shipping/receiving items!!! I'm sure not all drivers are this bad, but lucky me, I get one who won't even get out of his vehicle!
Always quick and helpful and open during normal business hours.
Several times have had packages not delivered because of weather concerns... when no weather was going on. Also have had drivers call and want a city address to deliver to instead of doing their job and delivering to our address in the country. Won’t be using FedEx for my shipping needs in the future.
