Quick Delivery Inc

I no longer order from Wayfair because of this delivery service. I have never seen two more inept delivery people in my life, not to mention rude. I ended up telling them to just leave the item (a large desk) in the garage because they were going to destroy my house trying to take it upstairs. Had to pay someone else to move it.

This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. First, while trying to schedule delivery of our order from Dick’s, they were extremely rude on the phone. The man even lied to me about when they could deliver the treadmill. At first he said they’d do Friday morning, I then tried to ask about Friday afternoon but he cut me off and put me on hold mid sentence. When he came back and said they’d deliver Monday morning, I said well we’d like Friday afternoon if possible. He bluntly said “well that’s impossible we’re not going to your area Friday.” I said “you just offered me Friday morning!” at which point he sighed and said “ugh hold on” and put me on hold again. When he came back he said “fine Friday afternoon” and then HUNG UP on me before I could say anything.nnThat’s not even remotely close to the worst part though. When the delivery finally came Friday, it was two hours late. Per our order, they were supposed to deliver the treadmill to the inside of our house, as that’s what we paid for with Dick’s. When the delivery guy got there, he said “well I don’t know how you expect me to do that” and refused. He said I had to help him, at which point I went into my house to get something. When I came back out, he had dumped the treadmill box, still on their giant wooden delivery pallet, in my driveway and was leaving. I asked if he was coming back to help me get the 300lb box in my house, and he simply said “nope.” I asked if he would at least come get the wooden pallet, and he once again said “nope.” I literally carried the pallet to his delivery truck and put it in the back, at which point he picked it up and THREW IT IN THE STREET, where it broke, and then he DROVE OFF.nnAt this point I called and complained to the president of the company, who did not seem to care at what her employee just did. I told her I had half s mind to file a police report for the giant pallet he threw into the middle of our neighborhood street that broke, to which she replied “go ahead and do it then.” (FWIW the police said if we want we can pursue charges for illegal dumping, which is still an option.)nnI’ve honestly never had a worse experience with a company. I don’t know how they’re still in business. I’ve already complained to Dick’s and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst delivery service. Has had my product for almost a week and still will not deliver it. Website says same day delivery but its full of lies. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone! Unless you want to wait forever for your package. The people in the office are so rude you set on hold for 10 minutes then they want to get an attitude with the customer. THIS PLACE IS A DISCRASE TO DELIVERY SERVICES.

I ordered a dresser from wayfair. Way fair was great to deal with but this company should not even exist. I have been a consumer for over 40 years and have never dealt with such a sub standard delivery service as this company . First, they were supposed to call me to set up delivery . They never did. I called them . Then they said a window between 11am to 3pm. They called back and changed it to 3pm to 7pm. I called them at 6:30 and they told me they had no idea when I would get it. The drivers were not following the route . Told me to call the drivers . I ask to talk to the manager and she finally called me back . Had no idea what to tell me . The finally showed up at 8:15 pm only after I ranted on and on. Consumers please check and see who is going to be your delivery agent when you order something that has to be delivered . I would give them Zero stars if I could. Hopefully they will be out of business soon

Ended up having to take two days off work waiting for a delivery thru Wayfair. Quick delivery pushed the delivery FIVE TIMES. Absurd. I won’t order anything from Wayfair again only because I know it will be delivered thru Quick Delivery and i can’t rely on them.
