This is my first time using storage. The process of renting storage units with Extra Space Storage has been wonderful. Ash has impeccable customer service skills - he’s friendly and extremely helpful! We are in between houses and didn’t know if we would need two or three storage spaces. Ash made sure we were able to rent exactly what we needed the day of our move.nAdditionally, the units are very clean and easy to find. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!

Ash was amazing to work with. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to answer questions and find me the best size unit for my needs. I also forgot to lock the door the first night but Ash put a lock on it for me and I was so grateful to him for protecting my things. Ash answered my calls and texts and was very kind and helpful. Our move was very stressful but Ash helped alleviate the stress of moving in and transferring to a smaller unit. I highly recommend this location of Extra Space Storage, mainly due to Ash.

I’ve recently been searching for storage space throughout the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. You may not think there’s much difference and it’s just a matter of cost or distance. However, the location is so easy to access and the facilities are super clean very easy entrance and exit making moving things in and out as they should be. Most importantly, you can actually speak with a live human being that’s right I said a person other places that I am currently removing my items from made it very difficult to reach any human being let alone an automated system that was workable. Clearly this organization has their stuff together as I trust them with my belongings and I have rarely given such a glowing review and was motivated to share my experience which was 100% positive.

Extra Storage is convenient and close to home for our needs to store home items and free up space in my apartment. Facility is pretty new and clean, unlike a few other competing storage places used previously! Staff member was very helpful in assessing and meeting my storage needs so quickly.
