Lovely bedding and towels! Knowledgeable staff.
If you want the best sheets you have ever felt on your body - This is the store for you! I bought my sheets here and I cannot get over how amazing they are. BUT the best part was their eagerness to help me and want to learn about my project for my bedroom! It is truly a wonderful experience!
Recently my husband and I were in Kansas City celebrating our one year anniversary. We stopped by this store to look into some new linens. Not only was the customer service amazing but the owner personally made it a special experience for my husband and I with a champagne toast to our first year of marriage! We absolutely love our new linens!
I absolutely love this store! The beautiful window displays caught my eye while walking the plaza. The sales associate was so friendly when I walked in and offered me water while I shopped.
Just by chance I was looking up Terrasi Living site and saw several reviews. Finallynpeople are wising up to the ridiculous high prices and poor customer service.nAs a previous customer and also involved in interior design I understand that manynof there products could be bought for a fraction of the price at good department stores.nI must admit I have been holding back my own disgruntlement for several years. Thenowner reflects her own narcissistic ways, thus customer service fails. She treats peoplenand customer based on what they can do for her, I have never run into such an egotisticalnwoman. She even post pictures only of herself from several years ago. I stoppednshopping after she insisted that she was always right. Yes the reviews from the past arenexactly correct. Her own past staff has reflected the same on Yelp.nnK
