Love my new ShelfGenie pullouts!! Couldn’t be happier! I love that they fully pull out making it easier to reach items in the back. I’ve had pullouts in other houses I’ve had but these are much sturdier. I love the finish on them too. The hardest part was waiting the 8 weeks for them to come in, but that may in part be due to ordering them just before Christmas and the holidays falling in there delaying delivery. Caroline spent a lot of time explaining all the options available before I ordered. There was no high pressure sales pitch. However, having had pullouts before I pretty much knew what I wanted. Brandon, the installer, was excellent and made sure they were installed properly. He took the time to fully explain how they operated, how to remove if needed and how to obtain service if needed. I am very impressed with Shelf Genie and would recommend you check them out if you are considering pullouts for your kitchen cabinets.
We really love the shelves themselves.nnHowever, three of our cabinets have fallen off their hinges since the installation. The installer says this is not his fault. He took the doors off, he put them back on. In two weeks, three doors fell off their hinges.
