Great therapeutic massage techniques. Not a quiet massage but if your looking for a good stretch you’ve found a good spot! Have not gotten to try the float tank but the sauna was relaxing prior to the massage

I just finished my first float and I am hooked. The location was very nice. The staff was very friendly and explained the float to me and benefits. I had researched ahead of time and downloaded a free meditation for floating and it was an excellent assistant to help me relax. I experienced relief from my back pain for the first time in 17 years and the mental relaxation was also amazing. They informed me that an hour long float is equal to 4 hours of sleep and I believe it. I feel great! I’ve already booked for next week!
