They would not break a set up that we wanted. We wanted the big recliner and the couch and wanted to order the other recliner. Nope we will take our business elsewhere.
We've bought several items from Wolf. Their furniture is high quality, and we've never had any problems with replacement items. The only issue we ever had was an item taking a little longer than expected to get in, but we called, and they explained why it was taking so long. I would recommend Wolf any day.
Friendly sales guy. Was there for a friend and they helped out right away to his satisfaction. They have some really nice stuff in there too!
I had an amazing experience with customer service when I bought my sectional February 22 2018! Delivery was on time and the guys moved sectional until it was just how I wanted it! They also removed old furniture! I recently noticed marks on couch from running walls.... I did purchase warranty so I'll be calling soon to find out what to do! I will update asap!
