I was waiting for my turn for about 20 minutes while Caden walked around chatting with his colleague and greeting everybody who walked in asking them to wait for their turn. When he was done helping the person ahead of me, he asked for my phone number, entered it wrong and got confused. When he finally pulled up my account and managed to figure out what I needed, he simply walked away without excusing himself and started helping people pick out cases for their phones who walked in after me. I chose to walk away after this terrible customer experience.

Website said to schedule an appointment at this place to return my phone. Employees were completely useless, said they can't do returns, and to go to another store. Called the other store before I made the drive and they said they'd do it with a $45 restocking fee. A very short phone call to Sprint customer service and they're shipping out return kit, no restocking fee, and completely baffled why the stores weren't willing to be helpful. Sprint may still end up losing my business after this experience

The worst service I have experienced in my life. I've been with every major carrier and TMobile and Sprint are the worst.

Henry was amazing, kind, and well-informed. He made the stressful experience of dealing with phone companies painless, even enjoyable. Very pleased to have worked with him, we both left feeling confident and happy with our choices. Henry was very willing and able to answer all of our many questions in an accessible way. I've never had service this rude or uninformed at a phone store before. One guy insisted on having his coworker help us. While we walked over to his coworker with head phones in, we were ignored until we had to wave our hands in his face. The guy was only worried about making the sale on my new phone. He didn't want to help me cancel my old phone line, told me I could call Sprint for that. He didn't care to help switch over contacts, photos, my Google account etc. He even went so far as to make a separate transaction for my screen protector to make sure I didn't get the 20% discount when you purchase accessories with a new phone. If I wasn't under a business account with cheap rates, I'd most definitely switch back to Verizon- where I always have service no matter where I travel and the customer service is always top-notch.
