Timely, but gave 3 different estimates as work proceeded, each time increasing, but then threatened cash instantly or would jack up price even more. Parts of vinyl flooring not glued, other parts not trimmed, and carpet seaming is clearly visible. Broke a light cover and didn't tell me or reimburse. Much debris not cleaned up. I'll give TNT this much, though: the job was difficult because the kitchen floor had been a soggy mess right down to the floor beams, so it probably set TNT back for unanticipated time and materials. I suggest getting a written estimate and closely inspecting the work before payment. My bad that I did not.

Ronnie was fantastic. Easy to get ahold of and very responsive (texts). He sent me carpet oictures within an hiur and they were perfect matches. He showed up when he said he would and did a fantastic install!

Did not show up when he said he was going to, then 2 hours late sent a helper over I had never met or was expecting and given no notice. Finally showed up 2 1/2 hours late and put kilz down, which he said he was going to do the day before so it could dry. Instead he painted it on and immediately layed the pad. Brought 2 different colors of carpet for the connecting hallway, Installed stair landing in pieces, what a nightmare. I was not aware of an injury, one thing’s for sure, he is courteous.

Ronnie is a talented young man but character is the only way to stay on top! In less than a week we met him,nhe changed and raise prices on us three times. We had appointment to meet him and no show no call. I texted to remind him of our meeting then he texted back to cancel that he was out of town. The next two times we met he was also late. We finally met yesterday to finalize the deal and again he started measuring stated he forgot certain areas he has done three times. I was irritated and told him he was Unprofessional as you do not raise prices on customers four times in less than a week. To make the matter worst, he sent us to Lenexa flooring store from Lawrence in that rain yesterday. We got back texted him details and he told us he couldn’t install for us. We were upset as he Suppose to start the flooring tomorrow. He also had the chance to tell us this before sending us out of town in the rain. We hope no one will have to go through this. Disappointed!

Ronnie was on time and did an excellent job with our flooring. His estimate was right on as well as his time frame and was always available to answer questions and went the extra mile for us. Would highly recommend.
