I have always had fabulous service from everyone who works here! If I can help it I will always go here for a new bed. They never pressure you to buy anything. They definitely know their products. Rusty, Zach and Scott have all helped us at at one point and their service is top notch. I recently had to do a warranty exchange and they make it pretty easy. I highly recommend them.
I haven’t received my mattress yet but based off of service I’m blown away. Sarah helped us find exactly what we wanted for a perfect price! She answered all of our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. We were in and out within 30 minutes and so far very happy!
Zach went above and beyond my expectations. He took his time and explained better options for me. He was just plain awesome. His customer service was exemplary. It was a totally great shopping experience.
Zach Hartwell was awesome! He got me hooked up with a new bed and frame to better fit my comfort. Super nice and super helpful! Also super cute:)
