Ordering rugs online can be tough and in this case the rug wasn't what I expected. What I call attention to is the customer service offered by Jessica when she: 1) reached out for direction when my selection was backordered and 2) replied with a solution-orientated response when I requested a return. Not to mention, plushrugs.com offered the best price available when I ordered. My impression is great prices and customer service. Totally recommend!

Purchased rug for under my kitchen table. It has held up well and kept its color even though being partially exposed to the sun. Rug colors match what was displayed on the website. I was uncomfortable with an Internet purchase but it worked out.
