Needed a new bed and was able to get some questions answered by their customer service rep over the phone. The boxes were likely going to be big and I wanted to ensure they would be brought inside for us be the delivery driver.They were able to accommodate this at a reasonable additional cost.nnOnce the bed arrived we were very happy. The delivery went smoothly and the driver was very helpful getting the items into our home.
My wife purchased a daughter's headboard. She liked the style and the price. It turns out my wife ordered the wrong size (twin) when it should have been a double. Hedgeapple staff were cooperative in the return process and I was able to get the right size and they took care of shipping. Thanks!
