Was buying a lot of stuff from this place lately but recently I bought something that was labeled on the shelf as being $67, but when I brought it up to the cash register, it was rung up at $90. Please make sure the labels on the shelves have the correct price and are for the right item.nnThe thin young man with blonde hair for some reason wanted to walk me through the steps of how to use a debit card machine even though I've probably been using a debit card longer than he's been alive...
I had a banner made and the 1st one didn’t come out the way I wanted. Ivan was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He went over what I wanted, showed it to me on the screen and the end result was absolutely beautiful!!
I am not very tech savvy. Mike in Lawrence KS was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service.
I had a problem with an incomparable ink cartridge and Johnathan worked with me to make things right, giving me information for support if the new cartridge didn’t work. However, it did work and all is well. Thank you, Johnathan, for your patience in helping me today.
This is no way to do business. Store hours clearly marked on web and on store front. However They are NOT Open at the time they say they are. I arrived 30 min after they should have been open and they weren't. Their employees were standing around outside.
