Aaron's

Don't EVER enter into a contract with the Aaron's in Lawrence. I have been an Aaron's customer numerous times in the past in various places I have lived and have always been treated well and had a good experience. Until signing a contract with the Aaron's in Lawrence.nnIt's like they don't want your business. If they have customers they actually have to come out of their little office/break room and work, and that seems unacceptable to everyone that works there. The sales manager regularly refuses new business and NEVER returns phone calls. I spent a year making every one of my payments on time and in full, and have been treated like I'm a piece of gum that's stuck to the bottom of the manager's shoe. I will NEVER spend another dime at Aaron's anywhere.nnAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I maybe a little late in making this review...we ordered and bought a livingroom set from Aaron’s a few years ago. They delivered it on time, hauled it in the house, and set it up for us. Made payments on it for a while, then called to pay it off before the contract ended. Everyone was extremely helpful and we had no issues. Furniture is still like new.

Jamie and Jasmine int the store have been amazing with me on trying to get me a mattress that will work for me after my back surgery. They are very friendly and go out of their way.nnNow for the call center because I had to order my mattress online...are very disappointed... and evidently don't keep track of stuff very well bec they told me my order was canceled on the 20th due to not being able to verify a few things and sent me an email. But they called my references on the 21st and the 20th at about 4 and 6pm. Which all my references verified my address and employer. So tell me...why did you call and verify my references if my order was canceled on the 20th. I had to reorder my mattress and all my references have to be called again to re-do the process. This is not good business by your call center. Due to the simple fact one - some people have issues where they are not worried about checking E-mail like myself having back surgery. So maybe you need to put forth the effort and call your customers. James at the call center and the supervisor I talked and Ron were very polite and I was not mad at them...but I was trying to explain to them that nothing of what they told me was correct due to the fact that if my order was canceled on the 20th why were they calling my references on the 21st and the 20th. Also maybe you should consider taking a bit more effort and calling your customers and if you have already taken verified all of a customer's even after the fact there is no reason you can not re-instate that order.

I love Aaron's! I always find what I want and at a much cheaper price then other rent to own places.

I have been with this company for about 6 years now and like every company you have problems but hey they have problems with customers to I am sure of it. I have never had any issues with this company. I would refer anyone here to aarons unlike some others they give you 120 days same as cash. As long as your up front with them and pay like your suppose to they are cool people. One of the best rent to own companies around..!
