As a beginner, I am always a little hesitant to enter a guitar shop. I don't know exactly how to communicate what I need and I can't play all that well so it can be intimidating. The folks at Mass Street Music are so great at making you feel comfortable. Brian was so helpful in directing me to figure out what guitars would work best for the style of playing I am currently interested in, the size of guitar to best suit me (and help with a nagging shoulder issue.) And, he kept me within my budget. I feel like I have a great instrument, excellent quality and friendly service.nnThe service dept. is great too. Every instrument gets a free set up and if you're like me and don't know anything about that process, they'll walk you through it, show you some options, make some adjustments, show you again. I learned so much the first time.nnCan't recommend enough to start here if you are a beginner.

Love, Love Mass Street Music. Staff is awesome, products are varied, repair work is superior (4 guitars - all high end: Takamine, Telecaster, Luna, and 76 Martin D-35).

Purchased my item directly over the phone, then called them when I arrived and they brought the item out to my car. Fast and simple! One of the best places locally to get anything related to guitars.
