Employee leader, Jared, is the bagel master. This man makes my Einstein’s experience one to remember- every single time. He is delicate with his technique, never serving anything less than perfection. He is a warm, friendly face to greet you by name and with a smile each morning. He goes the extra mile in insuring that each and every customer is not only satisfied, but moved by their experience here - leaving them planning the next time they’re coming back before they have ever even left the building. Jared is special, and he makes my time at Einstein’s feel special too. Jared is the hero we all need, but not the hero we deserve. Thanks for everything, Bagel Master.

Wonderful service. I showed up early to my carryout. The staff was good about keeping me updated about my order. They would not stop apologising for being late, they were not I was early. So much so the manager came out when I got my food and personally apologised and gave me some coupons for my next visit. Food was spot on as always.

I got the big breakfast box, first time here was delicious. Really good service, staff friendly l. Would eat here again.

Employee who I think was a manager was very rude, I was waiting for a online order which was 30 minutes late, when I asked if it was ready he said it was getting prepared. Ten minutes passed by , still nothing so I cancelled order. While watching for 30 minutes I saw him wipe his nose and was not even washing his hands multiple times. I will never order from them ever again.

Helpful staff and quick service. The food is pretty good for such a quick meal. As far as the bagels, they're way better than grocery store bagels. Not NY level, but for Kansas, more than acceptable. Good coffee. It's a nice place for a quick bite with a friend.
