This is a great facility. We had the climate controlled storage unit and it was very clean. Easy to get to off of K-10. Their prices were very competitive with the storage places in Lawrence. Would highly recommend this to anyone needing storage space.

It used to be a great place to store your RV, but, I've been hit twice in the past two years because they try to maximize their profits by jamming people in there as tightly as they can. So, for two years in a row, I can't use my RV because it is in the shop being repaired for something that is completely avoidable. The previous manager, Billy, was a good manager, but did not seem to want to fix issues like this. Unfortunately, he is gone now, and will be missed. I am reserving judgement on the new management until I've gotten a chance to work with them. Hopefully they can address the issues that Billy couldn't (or wouldn't).nUpdate 7/19 - Just when I thought these guys couldn't suck more, they go and surprise me. I received a very threatening voicemail demanding that I move my RV or risk having my contract terminated. I've been a long time loyal customer, and if they treat loyal customers like this, I can't imagine how they treat everybody else. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a place to store your RV, look someplace else. Someplace that values and respects you and not one that bullies and threatens you. I take back the one star I gave this place and give it a zero star rating.
