Kinda sad. Nothing like it used to be pre-covid...
The worst customer service that I have seen since Covid started. Had my reward card and the bar code had worn off, you would think that they would offer and give me a new one, NO!
Service is fair to great. Practices better virus safety than Walmart. Prices often equal to Walmart. Stock has variety in novelty, but lack of consistency and necessities. Free rewards card uses phone number, but doesn't send annoying texts.
Dawson was a great help with my wife and I being indecisive and not knowing what we wanted. After trying all the couches and weighing all options we got it figured out!
Store was in the middle of being restocked from Halloween to Christmas merchandise so it was hard to get a feel for what they had
