Elizabeth rocks! Never had a problem with any of the employees here but she definitely knows her stuff. Somehow shes usually the one helping me.
The customer service rep had absolutely no knowledge of how to help us. He told us to call customer care and the proceeded to watch videos on his phone while we were trying to solve our own problem. After an hour on the phone he told us “you should just hang up and go to walmart, you’re wasting your time.” He then proceeded to take a personal phone call, and called me “bro.” Very dissatisfied with the complete lack of service. 3 hours later and I am in the same spot we started in!!
Elizabeth exhibited exceptional customer service from the moment I entered the store, to the moment I left. She went out of her way to ensure I was well taken care of. Thank you!
Shout out, kudos and thanks a million to Elizabeth at the P-burg AT&T Store! She was the best. (And no, she didn't ask me to say that!) I told her when I left that I wanted to leave a good review because she was so awesome. When you find someone who stands out in the service industry he/she deserves to be acknowledged! My daughter and I (visiting from Omaha) came in visibly and verbally stressed out after calling and working with a competitor to get cell phone service for my 84 year old mom. We left AT&T visibly and verbally HAPPY and CALM with total piece of mind and a great service plan for my mom! Elizabeth was very understanding, helpful and kind. She is a gem who will go far in life. Elizabeth made the transaction simple, smooth and quick and she even said my mom could call her at the store if she needed to. Talk about great customer service.
