Had my laptop in to fix the inverter that had burned out, and it took months for them to finish. After paying the deposit and called to see if it was fixed, they said they fixed the whole thing by simply replacing the screen. Wrong. I just had my bf check it, it's missing screws, it was taped in places they didnt replace tabs, they didn't even have the decency to replace what was broke. They probably took my perfectly good screen for their parts, to give me a scratched up one. Top it all off, it doesn't even work anymore. I feel ripped off and used.

They had received my computer in January and figured out in march that it was completely a loss cause after they sent it off to a mother board place. Now it's almost June and I still haven't received my computer back so I can get my hard drive off the computer! My entire experience was awful and never got updates unless I called or went in myself to ask about the computer!

Caleb is very knowledgeable and capable of repairing your electronics. Very good personality. He just fixed mine for a very reasonable price.
