I brought the part to fix my charging port. Paid up front. Suppose to be a 4 hour fix They had my phone for 29 days. They sent it off to another company in California to microsolder without my knowledge. Didn't inform me at all that I was going to pay more money or I couldn't have my phone Phone is a usb-c but will only charge if I put the cord in one certain way. They didn't fix it completely and made me pay more. When confronted about being charged for something I didn't consent to, Adam, the owner, said I'll fix my communication with the next customer and you can have a free phone case.nI want my phone repaired correctly and not gouged out of more money, not a free case. I also want to feel like I'm just as important to them as the next customer.nThey need some customer service training, desperately.
