Pleasant, no pressure atmosphere. Showroom was large and well displayed. Dealt with two likeable and knowledgeable ladies who worked with me to find and order the item I wanted at a reasonable price. Would have preferred to take one home (furniture, not ladies), but I recognize my need for patience and realistic expectations.

I had hardwood flooring and travertine tile installed in November of 2016, this cost me over $13,000. The hard wood looks great however the grout they used for the travertine cracked in 3 of the four rooms the tile was laid in. I called multiple times to have this fixed. After about 5 calls my husband went to the store, Tony came out within a week and repaired one of the spots. It cracked again within 10 days. I again called the store and explained the situation. Traver told me he would look into the issue and get back with me. This was on November 4, 2017. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I spent a significant amount of money on flooring and thought I was supporting my community by shopping local, I will never do this again.

Travers came and measured the flooring, gave me an estimate and installed the exact time I wanted. The installation went very smooth and Tony and Bob were excellent!
