We were in the market for a new appliance set. We had a price point in mind and Charley's was very accommodating with our budget. They price matched what big box competitors were offering and even including delivery and install, we were under what we were willing to spend. We ordered during the pandemic so there were manufacturing delays in shipping (no fault on Charley's end) but once everything came in, install was scheduled immediately. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and we send everyone we know to Charleys! 10/10 recommend!
We have always had good experiences with Charley’s. We have bought a new fridge, a new mattress and they’ve repaired our dryer. Always knowledgeable and friendly. The price was excellent too!
We purchased a used dryer from Charley’s and it has lasted us for several years now. We have needed a refrigerator a couple times in the past 3 years and they have always been suuuuper helpful finding us something. We didn’t ever purchase a fridge from them but their customer service was exceptional! Whenever we are in need of an appliance we turn to Charley’s first!
