Very nice products...chairs, chimineas, outdoor buildings, and more. Prices are a little on the higher end but have a look of quality. Plenty to see and they have a design room to help you along the wqy. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Everytime I go in everything is so beautiful and fun. They have lots of gorgeous outdoor living furniture, pots, plants, etc...but they also have fun odds and ends as well. I've always been greeted and everyone is always so kind.

Horrible experience with the staff, incomplete order, and lack of communication. 100% do not recommendnn— edit after the owners response- I’m Mr Anaya’s wife who I was very kind and respectful and was told by I’m assuming the owner to “get the hell off his property” I ordered a nice table and chairs and was shorted two swivel chairs. On our delivery where I and my husband helped unload the full table, chairs, and two $1,000 flower pots, I told a lady i ordered the swivel chairs from she mentioned the order was wrong but would make it right if we paid $80. We said okay. We asked and asked over the period of 2 months - WITH US CHASING AN ANSWER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. We still had no answer until my husband had to call 3 times. Once we finally got an answer he was rightfully so upset he was angry and had to get aggravated with a sales associate (who was less than helpful the whole time.) I’m still short after SHERRY PROMISED me my swivel chairs if we picked them up ourselves. Once we did the owner yelled at us and told us he’s not giving us what was PROMISED. Once I get my swivel chairs I will call it even. I was promised this product if we picked it up and once we went to pick it up was treated like a POS not someone who paid $7,500 of product. No one sold us anything. We picked out our set and got a cashiers check in 30 minutes. I’m all about local business until you have trash service. Give me my swivel chairs AS PROMISED and we can be over this issue. We work at a business of $100K employees and until this is resolved (over $80) we will make sure nobody shops here. We just want to do good business and this is BS. Make right on this and we won’t bomb your business with negativity. All we wanted was good service and what was promised.

I went in a few months ago to check out their flower pots and patio furniture. On my way there, I knew I was going to purchase something and planned on spending $10K for quality merchandise....nobody had to sell me anything because my mind was set. I picked out 2 pots and a beautiful 10 seater table and chairs. They did not have 2 if the regular chairs, and 2 of the swivel chairs we wanted had to be ordered and were told it would be a week until they came in. I did not haggle on price, all I asked was they deliver for free since I live 2 blocks away. Their products are SO marked up, that they “threw in” a 20% discount bringing it down to around $7500. Keep in mind, I did not ask for this. I would’ve been happier paying the 20% difference and getting great service. I left, went and got a cashiers check and bought everything in about a 30 minute timeframe.nnWhen delivery day came, they sent a smaller older gentleman and a woman dressed nice in boots and office attire to deliver my stuff. The stuff I bought was massive...there was no way in hell this lady was going to be helpful unloading anything. Not just that, I wasn’t going to make her do this so I unloaded it....not what I paid for and the not the proper preparation on the sellers part. Afterwards, I asked about the status of the balance of my order and she said it would be in next week. She proceeded to tell me that there must have been some confusion because they did not ring me up for the swivel chairs I wanted, but that they would order them and it was an $80 difference. I said that was fine and that I would pay it. I had no problem paying the difference when their incompetent sales person Monica screwed up and didn’t ring me up properly. Not to mention the fact that I had just spent $7500. But I didn’t argue.nnA month and a half goes by, and I haven’t heard from anyone on the balance of my order. So I call in to check and I’m told it would be a week. 2 weeks go by and I call back, told it would be another week. I was never called and updated as should have been done. Instead I had to chase them around to get the balance of my order. Finally, I get a call earlier this week from Monica and told my stuff is in and I can come get it and pay my $80. I asked why 1. They wouldn’t deliver it and 2. Why she’s haggling me over $80. I just spent thousands of dollars, had to unload my own stuff on the first delivery, and have had to chase them constantly to get the balance of my order. She said she would call me right back to see about delivering. SHOCKER! She never called me back. I called later that day and talked to a real gem of a manager, Sherry and she told me to come get my stuff and that it wasn’t free to deliver. Like it was my fault they didn’t have the product when I bought it and couldn’t drop my 4 chairs off 2 blocks away sometime this week and that in exchange for the $80 difference if I picked my stuff up they would eat the $80.nnI went to pickup and some fat bald guy stood there and told me to get off his property. They gave me 4 chairs and told me they would not give me the swivel chairs I wanted and to leave.nnThe moral of this story is that when you spend that much money, you expect premium service. The second I handed them my money, I was kicked to the curb because they got what they wanted and they didn’t care about service. Monica is a HORRIBLE sales person. Didn’t have to sell me anything, just needed to push buttons and ring me up properly...but apparently that was too difficult. She doesn’t deserve a dime off of the commission of my order. I had taken a brochure home and had designed an outdoor kitchen I was going to have them make that was another easy $15K but I will never go back, and I will tell the 500 people I work with to not step foot in this trash establishment. It’s unfortunate because the quality of their product is great (even though its outrageously priced and obviously marked up) but the service is horrible. You spend that kind of money, you shouldn’t have to do someone else’s job.
