So we ordered my son's birthday cakes 2 weeks in advance so we thought we had that under control. So the morning we were to pick up his cake 30 minutes before pick up time we get a call saying they can't make his cakes due to a boil order. This boil order had been in effect for a couple days and I get they can't help that, but what they can help is lack of communication and responsibility. They should have let us know as soon as there was a problem not 30 minutes before pick up. So that left me scrambling to try to find another option.nnminute and got us ourcakes
