Best U-Haul in the city hands down!!! Staff knowledgeable and caring!!! More than just a job for everyone I’ve met at this location. Without naming locations much more happy purchasing and renting from this location than any other!!! Worth the trip downtown!!!
Although it’s a very clean and nice looking facility, I was surprised to see none of the staff wearing masks. When I asked the young man checking me out why he wasn’t wearing one he said, “It’s not really required.” As someone in their mid 60’s who lives in a high risk group, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.
Everyone who works here goes so above and beyond everything that they do. They are a wonderful team who genuinely take the time to understand what youre going through at the moment and help you work through it, because, lets be honest, moving can be such a stressful experience. I would recommend this location for storage to ANY of my friends and would happily use their services again.
Mike is an ace to work with. His customer service was so spot on and helpful the day of my move it was a huge game changer, and made a world of difference. He made switching trucks and the entire process very effortless. Thanks.
