Nice people .but when you call to ask something no one awser's at the council bluffs Iowa one after it was busy for a while.you call back still no answer.

Lady wasn't sure how my new bluetooth connected or turned on had to call her manager. All-in-all not a bad experience.

My experience was horrible the lady that was working there called my wife a punta in Spanish which I know exactly what that means you know to sit there and treat the customers with disrespect just because you're updating your service and your have a nationwide outage and then to sit there and lie and say that is all cell phone carriers when it's only T-Mobile is messed up

I switched to Metro PCS by T-Mobile on February 14, 2018. I like it a lot. I haven't had any major problems.
