Sarah Adele manager and Lindsay the assistant manager they are rent st's people there on Lake Manawa Council Bluffs Iowa store location to give you a good deal on something you want to rent and will not surprised sound and the early buy option for 6 month is excellent Rent-A-Center if you need to lease to own
I think that it is really sad that a company had widely distributed as rent a center hasn’t managed to put a policy in place to deal with people who’ve relocated due to trafficking or domestic violence. A lot of people in those situations are forced to start completely over, it’s a matter of personal safety that no one from their past is aware of their location, so to have proof of ability to pay, proper identification and employment and still be turned down because I’m unable to provide 4 references besides one advocate who I can safely expose my location to is pretty horrible. Is there a reason why steady employment and proper identification isn’t acceptable?
They are NOT just wanting your money. They give a great customer service experience for people so they keep coming back. I have completed at least 7 contracts with RAC & currently paying off another. They treat customers with respect, a quality lacking in most businesses now-a-days!! Treat them right & they will treat you the same.
