Panera Bread

This location is incredibly nice! The staff was super friendly and the entire place was very clean (during covid times this is even more important to me and they’re doing a great job). It’s been a while since I’ve visited a Panera and their menu is has drastically improved! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious along with their coffee and bakery. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I stopped in here for a quick bite after dropping our daughter off at the ballfield to warm up for her upcoming softball game. The hot beverages such as the coffee, chai tea latte, and hot chocolate are delicious. All of the hand-made pastries are good but we really enjoyed the cinnamon roll. For breakfast the oatmeal, fresh fruit cups, smoothies, and sandwiches & wraps are very good options. Service was fast and friendly. The prices are rather high though.

Today was just ok, ordered the southwest chicken soup and it had a scorched flavor. Sandwiches were good like always. I don't like that they just toss a piece of baguette into the bottom of the bag unwrapped or that the silverware isn't individually package.

The manager was rude! I called them to let them know I was missing 2 items from a door dash delivery, which the driver said someone got my original order and the had to remake it. The manager was rude and snappy with me and all I wanted was the food we ordered to be delivered back..

Council bluffs location has repeatedly gotten my order wrong in the drive threw. Then when you try to call them about an issue with their food they don't even have the decency to answer the phone! With the prices they charge you would think the service would be some what decent!
