I love this place! I have sent gobs of people here too, all with their own glowing reviews. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, dedicated customer service, and the best services in the metro. Ask for Susan or Nicole-- you won't be disappointed!

I’ve tried the Trusculpt sessions advised for my chin and my abdominal. 3 sessions for the chin and 1 for the abdomen. There was no measuring my inches or pictures taken before to compare. However I did measure my waist before and after at home and nothing changed even after months waiting for results. I understand it’s not a surgery but I spend over a thousand on two area that did not have any result. I weight about 120lbs and do workout regularly. I was just disappointed that I didn’t get any result from all the sessions I spend going to.

EXCELLENT!!!!nIt seems like every time you turn around a new place Is offering Some special. I get tired of chasing the good deal and often times not getting what I want, or in my case what I need. Working with Susan and Nicole I’ve experienced the kind of service I’m after. Their knowledge is above and beyond most others, but more importantly it’s how they communicate - what they know. Both Susan and Nicole took their time and explained My skin type to me. After talking with Nicole and working on a plan, I’m extremely excited To move forward with correcting my discoloration on my face. I highly recommend Urban Effects you won’t be disappointed.

I needed to re-order a few Obaji skin care products during the pandemic. Susan and Nicole were exceptional in handling my request and delivering it right to my door. Even though I hadn't taken advantage of Urban Effects MedSpa services recently, they were gracious and very patient-oriented.
