If I could give this place no star I would. I have been trying to get thing taken care of with a buy one get one. No one is taking care of this. I have had the run around for months now. Plus I have been told both manager are gone. Plus the dm has never called me back like they said it would get pass on. This company is a joke. Service don't even work were I am out.

Upon walking into the store every worker was on their own personal cell phones. when the one individual spoke in the back he never made eye contact. upon speaking to that individual he could not give me a definite answer as well as show that he did not care for the situation. I would not recommend going to the store

Customer Service here was terrible, I am a sprint customer and they told me the only way they could help me is if they switch me to a T-Mobile account. They instead told me to go to another location to get help with my sprint account. No other T-mobile store has told me to leave when I told them I had a sprint account. Horrible service, wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The little girl working at the T-Mobile store with long black curly hair was very RUDE to me and WOULD NOT ASSIST ME, she refused because I did not have on a mask and I offered to put a cloth around my face and she said no I asked if I could leave the store and let them work on it and she said no, they aren’t even touching phones she can google a software reset for me to fix the phone and I let her know I’ve already done that duh so that is not the problem and she said go put on a mask! Horrible service!

I have switched to T-Mobile from using Verizon for 20 years and I wanted to say how impressed I was by the staff at this store when I changed the provider. They both worked hard on issues we were having and took care everything for us. I am bad at names but I think it was Kristen and Travis that were there at the time. Thank you both! Looking forward to being a long time customer of yours!
