Had a stripped tuner gear that I brought in, figured I would be walking out with a new set of tuners. The guys took it over to their workbench and started looking through various old parts and were able to find a matching gear to replace my stripped one. Asked how much I owed and they told me not to worry about it. Great service, will definitely come back for any of my other music needs!

I bought a nice Yamaha keyboard here in December 2019. It suddenly stopped producing sound recently and I was bummed because it was still practically new. Steve Rorebeck was more than helpful in getting the situation resolved, as was another associate whose name I didn't catch. I was very impressed with how helpful they were. Many stores these days don't care once you're out the door. Not these guys! Thank you!!

Turned in my son's instrument at the beginning of the school year and was charged for the next 3 months. If you don't like paying for something you don't have then I certainly wouldn't recommend renting or buying from this place!!
