This was the best experience we have had with any home improvement project. Every person we dealt with was fantastic and made us feel like we were the most important customer they had, even though we know they are extremely busy. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring, appliance, etc. needs. If you are fortunate enough to deal with Matt as your sales person you will be in good hands, although I am sure they are all great. Thank you Royal Flooring!!

Johnnie goes out of his way to make sure your experience is an easy one. I was unsure of what kind of flooring I wanted. I chose a laminate wood and it looks amazing! The installation was very quick and they did an excellent job. Will definitely go back for my next project

I was shopping around for some new appliances when approached by a sales person, Troy H. He was very pleasant and took the time to understand what I was looking for. After I spoke with him about what I was looking for, Troy showed me several options and explained the little differences between them. He did push me or pressure me into buying the highest priced item, he instead said, I want to give you the information you need to make the best decision for YOU! Very cool, a salesperson more concerned about what the customer wants instead of trying to push a big ticket item! I highly recommend you seek Troy H out if buying from this establishment, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and seems to care about what the customer wants!

We had a fantastic experience at Royal Flooring! Their store is absolutely beautiful and we were immediately offered water & coffee. I can not say enough about how great the customer service was. I would highly recommend to anybody seeking a professional remodel!

He is responsive and very knowledgable. He has taken care of our family beyond just installing appliances and is so helpful.
