We first purchased hardwood flooring and carpet from Scott in 2014. We were so happy with the whole process and customer service that when we moved into our new home and needed to expand the existing hardwood into our living room, we decided to use Floors Direct again.nScott was able to order a product that I don't think they usually carry in the store and he was able to get us a great price.nThe gentleman who installed our hardwood, Zach, did an amazing job by lacing in the current flooring with the new. You can't even tell where he started and stopped.nFloors Direct has always taken care of our flooring needs and I cannot say enough good things about them and Scott.nWe will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family and friends.
I am a return customer and very pleased with the whole experience. Scott was very helpful and made the whole process easy. The installer was very professional and did a great job removing the tile in my foyer and installing the new luxury vinyl. All my floors look great and I would definitely recommend Floors Direct.
Salesman was great the 1st visit then did not return my call when requesting an updated quote. So I went to their competitor almost next door to them & was treated great.
Scott was AWESOME! Extremely helpful. I bought a piece of teal carpet and had it bound to use as a rug in my dining room. It looks great. I had a large enough scrap left that I am going to take it back and have it made into a rug for in front of our chairs. After looking forever to find rugs and not liking anything I found I am convinced this is the way to go. (p.s.) the binding was a perfect match.
