We just completed the second project that we have done with Jessica Young. Jessica listens to her customers and is fun to work with towards achieving the visions that the customer brings to by Design. We were thrilled with our selections for our family room makeover and we have recently completed the process of selecting a new dining set. I find Jessica to be attentive and pleasant at all times! She has given us great advice and guidance! We have our next project identified and I can't wait to work with Jessica again! With her guidance and the great selection of fine furniture from by Design I am sure you'll be as happy as we are.

Working with Laura at By Design has been a great experience for our family! She has picked out some wonderful furniture pieces for our home that we love! They are unique and beautiful and represent our taste very well. She made it such an easy process and did all the leg work to bring forth ideas. Thank goodness because this is not my forte, I just know when I see something that I love, that's when I'm a buyer. I recommend this to anyone where decorating may not be their thing but they still want a beautiful home that represents their style, By design can pick it out and make it a smooth process for you!

by Design is one of the only stores in Des Moines with a good variety of high-quality furniture and home decor items. We recently worked with Jessica, who has a personality with the perfect balance between friendly and professional, and were able to find a great solution for a front-room we have struggled furnishing for several years. She presented us with a design idea that we quickly agreed upon and she paired it with different possibilities that will compliment our modern tastes. We were excited to see everything come together and are thankful for the positive experience!

We moved recently and needed furniture for for our LR and DR. We had purchased from By Design many years earlier and appreciated their quality product line, design services and genuine interest in helping us. I really needed help figuring out what would work with some unique aspects of our home and Jessica was the perfect designer for me. She patiently guided me through the selection process allowing me to choose, but steering me away from styles or colors that might not have been the best option.
