I'm used to the way they r set up...
Good but the usual run around about military discount.
Placed an order at 11 am today. 3 pm I received an email stating my order was canceled. I called the store asking why and they tell me I never picked it up. I explained to them I never even received a notification stating it was ready. I flunked out of mind reading school. They didn't even offer to correct the mistake. So I took my business to Home Depot! They were more than happy to make money. Never shopped here before and I think we'll keep it that way.
I have to say that the minute I went into your store, I felt there was a pleasant difference from two of the other big home improvement stores near you. I could tell that some good training had gone on because workers seemed to be there to actually help customers. I love that everyone, including most customers, wore a mask, so I was willing to look around at some things I hadn't planned to get. Special thanks to a Carol in the counter top area. She was an excellent help to me. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient.
