My tech was great he spent all day making sure our system was connected correctly. Due the house being old an our band of internet being slow it took a lot of time to get it all complete. I had an medical appointment that day and he continued to work while I was away. Excellent customer service he reassured us that we could work the system and provide detail explanation of each component.

They forge your name to get sells!!! They charged me $1700 to cancel!!!!! All they care about is money, not their customers!!!!!

Technician was great and explained everything very well. Helpful friendly service. The billing was confusing when I called customer service though. I'm still concerned I'll get double billed. . Tech great, Customer Service confused..

While I was not excited about having to have a security system installed, Jayden Taylor was very thorough, patient and friendly. He helped me to forget the unpleasant reason I was having to do this and made me feel at ease that I would be protected and safe at all times. While he was very professional we also talked about non security system topics as he was working which made it comfortable to have someone working in my house for an extended period of time. I think the install took longer than he expected but never once did he seem frustrated that he was there late and he never tried to rush to get out of there. He was extremely friendly and even compassionate when my mother who lives with me received some sad news. He took a moment to come downstairs when he heard her crying and express his sympathy. I don't know any other perfect stranger conducting business in a house that would do that and it meant the world to my mother. ADT would be lucky if all of their techs were like him.

The salesman (Paul McKenzie) was very professional and easy to listen too. He had a good knowledge of product and came across as very trusting. Very happy with the entire sales process.. Great experience.
