When I walked in, there were two employees sitting there with their faces buried in their phones. They did not look up to greet me or acknowledge me to ask if I needed help. Neither of them were wearing a face mask either, as they should have been per the state mandate by the governor. I went over to the headlights and stood there for about 5 minutes but was unsure which bulb I needed. I went up to the counter and the guy was very irritated that I interrupted the game on his phone. He was not friendly at all. He told me what bulb I needed. I went to grab it and came back up to check out. He was still grumpy that I was interrupting his game time. The best experience I had was him telling me to have a good night, which I was surprised by. It appears there have been customer service issues in the past at this location, but obviously nothing has been done about it. I will take my business to Auto Zone or pretty much anywhere else since there is a lack of customer service and ability to follow proper safety measures per state guidelines.

They're not especially helpful. They seem very understaffed.nI go in when I know what I want and can just pick it of the shelf because their prices are good, and it's in a convenient location.

I'd have better servic if they had a self checkout. Stared at us when we showed up and turned their backs to us then when we went to pay did nothing to help even though there were five of them. One guy only helped because we made eye contact. Don't usually get annoyed about stuff like this but put a little value into your customers

went to return a part with my receipt that was not even 15 days old. The manager on duty coped an attitude saying maybe it was my car that was faulty. Practically tossed the replacement when I advised I didn't part for a part for it to go out 2 weeks later and that it could have been defective prior to purchase. Will not be returning. will go out of my way to go elsewhere.
