Target

I usually don't do online shopping but that had an item not available at the Target near my house and I didn't want to get to the Urbandale one and find it was gone. So I did the order pickup. The order was ready in a short time. The clerk was very polite. They had markings so people could socially distance. Store was clean. All of the employees were very helpful.

My experience was terrible. Graham lacked customer seruve, was condescending and rude.

A nice (Asian?) guy at the door gave me a mask since I forgot mine. I asked for one and he was nice about providing it. Nice people helped me find things and check out.

Target's Customer Service would is great - I was recently charged twice for a pair of shoes and didn't realize until I was already home. Customer service made it so easy to credit that money back. Plus the staff is always so friendly

I stopped in this morning for a quick return and pick up only a few items. The store was not busy but the staff was. They were stocking shelves, cleaning, etc. I was greeted with a friendly hello and the return/customer service staff member was very pleasant and helpful.
