Has potential but usually comes up short. The employees are great!

I like the food, however this location continues to mistakes on my order.

Ordered delivery at 7:55 AM. 9 AM rolled around and my items still had not arrived. Called the restaurant to verify they had received my order. Waited another 5 minutes for the manager to track down her driver. She eventually came back and told me she couldn't get a hold of him. It finally came some time between 9:10 - 9:15. I can't tell you the exact time because there was no knock or call letting me know my items had even arrived. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie. Sandwich was cold and disgusting and the drink was melted. Never again. Thankfully the vendor I placed the order with refunded me.

Very disappointed. Delivery arrived after 1 1/2 hours. Food sat in the delivery car for an hour and the hot food was cold and gross by arrival. Thanks Panera

I have had both lunch and breakfast there as well as dining in and ordering online. The quality is very good and consistent. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The service is prompt and the store is clean. Recommend to family and friends. Have also utilized the store for meetings.
