I stopped in for a single cookie. A decorated cookie with a mediocre design was eight bucks! So I chose a plain “millionaire” cookie from the case of gourmet cookies, which looked pretty ordinary and were $1.75 each. When I asked for the cookie from the case, the woman behind the counter didn’t give me a cookie from the case but went to the back and brought one out in a bag that was MUCH smaller. I told her it looked nothing like the one in the case. She said, “The one in the case was from the first part of the dough so it spread more” or something non-sensical like that. Then why not sell me that one instead of sneak off to hand me something in a bag half the size?? Never going back!

Very Accommodating to meet my mix of different bouquet cookies and add ins (teddy bear). Beautifully decorated and quickly delivered the next day. I really appreciated the photo of it before it went to the recipients. They were over the moon excited about it. I highly recommend!!!

Their website makes it SO easy to place an order online and they even do same day delivery! Also, there were so many arrangements to choose from and they were decently priced. I received the confirmation right away and they were delivered within about 2 hours. Great experience!

I called from Florida and needed cookies delivered to a family member who was having surgery but did not have a room assigned yet yesterday on July 3rd. They were amazing! The cookies were waiting in her room last night when she arrived. I will always use Cookies and cupcakes by design!!

I sent in an order the evening before I needed it delivered. Cupcakes by Design was able to not only fulfill my order, but deliver it before noon! This order was a birthday surprise for my mother. She was thrilled with the delivery, the delivery person, and the cupcakes. She said that she had never had such wonderful treats.nnThank you, Cupcakes by Design, you helped to make my mom's birthday special when I couldn't be there. I will definitely be doing business with you again!
