My mom and I are traveling across country and decided we wanted something other than the standard fast food. We chose Panera and SOOOOO happy we did. We were greeted by a cheerful and upbeat Sarah ( Manager in training) After exchanging a few corny quips with this lovely lady we ordered our food. The food was made by Molly and Jon.. two who seem dedicated to creating delicious food. We were exceedingly happy with our food. We had to exchange my mom's drink due to a mixer issue, but they were very kind and polite. We totally recommend this Panera and these wonderful people who understand outstanding customer service!!!!
Delicious food highly recommended the new pizzas! The mac and cheese is my favorite along with the to die for broccoli cheddar soup.
Worst customer service ever from manager. Ordered online, went to pick up, showed order confirmation as well as prodded that money had come from my account. She told me I needed an actual email and not the order confirmation. Was rude and didn’t even apologize when I was finally able to access the email at which time she found the order on the shelf. 30 minutes later. $12.00 for a garbage salad and a horrible customer service experience.
Great summer fruit salad & quick service. Plenty of room so people are more than 6 feet apart. Helpful staff
