Cant say about the people but just warning people to just go to tmobile instead of metro. They're cheaper and have better service with unlimited hotspot. I cant even use metros internet or hotspot until midnight every night.

The guy at the counter was awesome I'M UPSET AT METRO NOTHING IS FREE!!! EVEN IF THEY SAY IT'S FREE IT'S NOT YOU PAY TAXES, FIRST MONTH, ACTIVATION FEE and WHATEVER ELSE...

The beneficiary of Metro by T-Mobile on E. Grand Ave. is that we have bilingual speaking associates that are very fluent on Spanish and are very nice ladies who help customers with there phone issues or needs.
